Is this legal advice?

No. We provide information-organization services only — summaries, tables, and dates pulled from your document. Always consult an attorney for legal interpretation or decisions.

How do you handle scanned PDFs or poor-quality images?

We can process most scans. If OCR cleanup is required, we’ll let you know before starting. Extremely low-quality scans may need a native PDF from the landlord/agent.

What exactly is included in the 48 hours?

Within 48 hours of receiving your PDF and payment, you’ll receive: a 1‑page summary, rent schedule (Pro/Bundle), and a CSV/ICS file with critical dates. Pro/Bundle includes risk notes.

What happens if my lease exceeds the page limit?

Starter covers up to 40 pages; Pro up to 100 pages. We’ll confirm page count up front. For larger documents, we’ll quote a simple overage before work begins.

Are my documents confidential?

Yes. Files are stored in a private workspace and shared only with you. We can execute an NDA upon request.

What file types do you accept?

PDF is preferred. We can also accept DOCX or Google Docs exports. Please avoid photos of each page if possible.

Can I request revisions?

Yes — one round of clarifications is included within 7 days of delivery for the same document.

Do you cover all states and lease types?

We summarize commercial and residential leases across the U.S. Some jurisdiction-specific items may be flagged for attorney review.

How does the Monitor Plan work?

What’s your refund policy?
